Todd in the Hole Festival 2025 Shines with Record-Breaking 15,000 Attendees

By Nat Webber 15th Jul 2025

Todd in the Hole Festival 2025 delivered its most spectacular event yet, welcoming a record-breaking 15,000 music and fun lovers over a sun-soaked weekend at Todds Green, Stevenage. From electrifying performances to family-friendly entertainment and community spirit, the festival solidified its place as a summer highlight in Hertfordshire.

The festival kicked off on Friday with high-energy sets from Massaoke, Shape of You (Ed Sheeran tribute), and REM by Stipe, culminating in a legendary DJ set by Alex P at The Woods Afterparty. Saturday's sell-out crowd rocked out to Definitely Could Be Oasis, Blurd, Just Luther, and a Red Hot Chili Peppers tribute. Sunday brought back festival favorites Furnace & The Fundamentals, alongside Tasha Leaper as Madonna and Rule the World, a Take That tribute, closing the weekend with a bang.

Beyond the main stage, Todd in the Hole showcased local talent on The Woods, Vincent, and Buskers stages, featuring standout performances from Allergy, The Scallywags, Max Ryan, Nashville Nights Band, Snubcat, Mark Sullivan, Mr Rainmaker, and more. The Dance Den, hosted by Paul Phono, spotlighted up-and-coming local DJs, while the Cabaret Stage, hosted by Magenta Slipperz, gave Hertfordshire artists a platform to shine.

Families were kept entertained in the Tiny T's Kids Arena, where Stevenage panto favorite Aidan O'Neill led a packed program of storytelling, puppet walkabouts, arts and crafts, mad science shows, yoga, singalongs, and more.

Todd in the Hole also reaffirmed its commitment to the community, proudly supporting the East and North Herts Hospitals Charity this year. Festival co-founder David Nye praised the event's success, saying, "We're absolutely overwhelmed by the turnout and energy this year. A huge thank you to our incredible team and artists who performed in sweltering heat to make this weekend unforgettable. To everyone who joins us year after year—your support means the world. We're already planning big things for Todd 2026!"

Co-founder Mark Watts added, "This weekend was nothing short of incredible. The Todd love blew us away, and we can't wait to do it all again!"
