All treats and no tricks!

Hundreds of free pumpkins are up for grabs at Hitchin Lavender this Halloween.

To pick up your freebie simply head to the much-loved site on Ickleford Road - while ensuring you park carefully - and dive in.

As you can see by our Nub News picture, we stopped at the popular farm on the outskirts of Hitchin to take a look.

Since the spring Hitchin Lavender have been been busy tending to a whole host of home-grown pumpkins that have been ripe and ready for picking during their pumpkin picking season which ended at the weekend.

Ahead of Halloween evening later, Hitchin Lavender said: "As the lavender rows go dormant for the winter months and the remnants of our sunflower patch succumb to the colder weather, the farm is certainly making for a spooky scene.

"The bright pinks and purples of the summer months have been superseded by autumnal oranges and browns."
