Following a visit to the site in December, the Planning Inspectorate has dismissed an appeal for a proposed scheme to erect a first floor extension above the original ground floor of the bungalow.

The dismissal follows the original refusal of North Herts District Council for permission for the proposal.

Reasons for refusal are based around the material change to the character and appearance of the property.
