CCTV appeal after rucksack stolen from lorry in Hitchin

Police have issued a CCTV image as part of an investigation into a theft from a lorry in Hitchin.
Officers from Hertfordshire Constabulary are appealing for help to identify a man following the incident, which happened on Baliol Road.
Shortly before 11am on Monday 26 January, a rucksack was reportedly stolen from inside a lorry that had been parked on the road.
Police say they are releasing the image because they believe the man pictured was in the area at the time and may have information that could assist their enquiries.
A spokesperson said officers are keen to speak to him as part of their ongoing investigation.
