CCTV appeal following assault in Stevenage 

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who may be able to help with their enquiries following an assault in Stevenage.

The incident occurred outside the Standing Order Public House, High Street between midnight and 12.10am on Thursday, September 7.

Since the incident was reported to police, officers have been investigating several lines of enquiry and are now appealing for the public's help to identify the person in the image. 

PC Ben Portch said: "It is believed that the male pictured was in the area at the time and may be able to assist with our investigation. If this is you or you recognise the man pictured, please get in contact."
