Come along to The Bunker open day in nearby Hatfield

Residents are invited to another free open day at The Bunker.
The Bunker is a special museum hidden in the basement of Hatfield Police Station.
The museum was created as a community engagement initiative and it showcases the history of the Grade II listed police station.
During World War Two the building famously manufactured the iconic Mosquito plane.
Nowadays it is home to a huge number of police officers and staff all working hard to keep the public safe from crime.
The Bunker will be opening its doors to the public on Saturday 10 May between 10am and 4pm.
Visitors will learn the story of the building from its origins in 1933 as the Headquarters of the de Havilland Aircraft Company, through to its current use.
Photos, historical items, original film footage, dioramas and models will all be on display.
PCSO Anne Devine, from the Welwyn Hatfield Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: "We always enjoy inviting residents along to our open days. It's a chance to celebrate Hatfield's fascinating history and we get to meet residents face to face to chat through any local concerns. Everyone is welcome so please do come along."
