HITCHIN: It's been the worst kept secret in town - but now a brilliant burger purveyor has announced its opening date.
The excellent Cawsburger are set to open their permanent Hitchin site this summer.
As Hitchin Nub News highlighted earlier this month, acclaimed burger purists Cawsburger have been gearing up to move into their town centre site.
And now, they have revealed the date they will be opening at the site of the former Hillman's Burger joint, after previously operating out of nearby Groundworks.
Cawsburger said: "It's been a long time coming but we can finally say we have a permanent home.
"Thanks to everyone that supported us so far, shared our posts and bought our grub...we are hoping to be open June 1 so see you all then."
So, save the date: Wednesday, June 1 - see you there!
