Calling budding amateur photographers from Hitchin and north Herts - Nub News needs you!

We would love to showcase your work through a new series we're starting, called 'Photo of the Week'.

We plan to run doing a photo of the week feature for our newsletter when we will share one of your photos of Hitchin each Friday.

It will be sent to all of our subscribers and shared on our social media pages over the next week.

The photo we've used today is from the very excellent Danny Pearson, whose iconic shots of Hitchin and surrounding areas sometimes come with his beautiful pet pug Jess.

You can see more of Danny's wonderful pictures on his Instagram feed here

If you would like to submit a photo to appear here, email it with your name and where it was taken and anything else you'd like to share, including Insta or Twitter handles to [email protected].

Or simply tweet us @HitchinNubNews
