Despite the weather turning colder and a hint of rain in the air that didn't stop people enjoying the fun organised by the Christmas elves from Visit Hitchin. 

The throngs of revellers was strengthened by happy fans coming straight from Hitchin Town's 3-0 victory over Harborough Town, which saw an attendance of 825. 

Music, giant pandas, pedestrianised streets and sparkling lights galore heralded the start of the Christmas season for the town.
