New Hitchin business set to open in town centre

A new craft brewery is set to open on the site of the former Hawkins store in Hitchin town centre.

As Hitchin Nub News has been reporting since the initial planning application request was lodged, the prime site in the heart of Hitchin has been earmarked for development.

The former Hawkins of Hitchin on Bucklersbury will be the future home of Six Hills Brewing - set to open at 8 Bucklersbury next month.

There is already a Six Hills tap room in Stevenage, which opened nearly seven years ago.
