Today, Monday, (June 21) had been the original date that the government had intended to remove all legal limits on social contact, effectively ending the coronavirus lockdown.
But after Prime Minister Boris Johnson decided to delay the final step of the roadmap by four weeks, the date was changed to July 19.
However, there have been a few minor tweaks to the rules today.
Here's what has changed as of today, Monday, June 21
Weddings
Wedding and civil partnership ceremonies and receptions can now have unlimited guests - as long as it's done in a Covid-secure way.
This means that social distancing and face coverings may still be required in some instances.
Funerals
The restrictions are similar to those above for weddings, with no limit on the number of guests but social distancing and face coverings still required.
Care home visits
Care home residents can now nominate five people as visitors, and receive two guests per day at the care home - but visitors must show proof of a negative Covid test.
They can also name one 'essential caregiver' who can visit them even if they're isolating.
Childcare and parents' groups
The rule of six or two households applies indoors, without the need for a formal childcare arrangement.
Outdoors, up to 30 people can gather.
