A brilliant new restaurant in Hitchin is set to open soon.

Burger purists Cawsburger have announced that they will be welcoming hungry punters later this month in Hitchin.

The brilliant business that flourished with online orders during lockdown will be opening. their first premises in Hitchin town centre site as prime as their beef next week.

Cawsburger have been busy putting the finishing touches to their eatery - operating from the site of the old Hillman's Burgers joint on Churchyard - and will be opening on Tuesday, June 21 between 5pm and 9pm.

They said: "It's happening! Next Tuesday - new can't wait to see you all down there!"
