So why not take a look at what's going on in the town in our recently revamped What's On section.

To keep you up to date with everything that is going on, we've decided to post a regular 'Event of the Week' article with details of an activity occurring in the local area.

A brilliant new bookstore is set to open in Hitchin Town centre next week - and you're all invited!

As Nub News covered in our series First Glimpse, Next Page Books will be opening their doors in Queen Street in September.

The grand opening date has now been revealed for the store that aims to be an inclusive children's bookshop in our town centre.

Next Page Books intend to celebrate and support neurodiversity in children and families with owners and long-time pals Liz Tye and Julie Anderson busy putting the finishing touches to their exciting bookshop.

The opening date will be Saturday, September 25 between 10am and 4pm

The day will feature a visit by a renowned author, as well as children's colouring activities, faceprinting not to mention delicious mouth-watering cupcakes on offer - and much, much more!
