Exciting news for Hitchin: The first ever Youth Showcase event is set to take place later this year.

The free event is to be held in Hitchin town centre and will be a celebration of all things 'Youth' in our area.

The event at Market Place, will be held in association with Rotary Club of Hitchin Tilehouse will feature a display of youth clubs and groups (up to age 26) as well as presentations from groups on the stage area at timed points throughout the day. There will also be a Rotary Hub for general queries and advice.

Rotary will be publishing a full programme prior to the day, which can also be used at the event. 

Danny Pearson – NHC Community Engagement Officer for Hitchin and Letchworth says: "If you are interested, then please do return the attached application form to [email protected] and [email protected] 

"We are inviting over 30 groups but as you will appreciate space on the square is limited so please do let us know of your interest ASAP to avoid possible disappointment. 

"The fantastic Rotary Club of Hitchin Tilehouse are picking up the gazebo hiring, programme and other event costs. We are sure that you would agree this will be a fabulous opportunity to promote all that you do."
