Save the date! A popular Hitchin festival is set to return!

Walsworth Festival is set to stage a comeback after being sidelined due to the pandemic.

A date has been set for the family-friendly jamboree after the news was announced in one of Hitchin Nub News' favourite Hitchin Facebook pages Felix Camfield-Walker said: "I am very happy to announce that after almost three years in the wilderness this year will see the return of the Walsworth Festival.

"Expect the usual local volunteer groups, schools, businesses and charities as well as food, music, Viking groups fairgrounds and classic cars.

"The past two years have been tough on the festival's volunteers force, so if you think you can bring something to it and can spare the time to help or want to be involved in any other way, please let us know."

The tireless Felix added: "I'm finding it all a bit daunting but very excited about Walsworth Festival 2022!"

So are we!

PS: If you are looking for a stall or want to perform at the festival please contact www.walsworthfestival.co.uk
