What is the song that helped you through a difficult time?  This Valentine's Day, local charity, Music24, is asking you to share that song and help someone else experience the healing power of music, as part of a fundraising campaign called #ShareTheLove.

Music24 uses music therapy to support people living with dementia, learning disabilities and mental health challenges at locations across Hertfordshire including Watford, Welwyn, Hertford, Hitchin, Stevenage and Cheshunt. Promoting connection through music, the campaign will encourage people to share their song story, donate and nominate friends to do the same.

The charity's CEO and Co-Founder, Teela Hughes-Davis said, "We are creating a public playlist of meaningful songs to highlight the power music has to heal and connect. A song can hold memories, calm anxiety or help someone communicate when words are hard. "
