Hitchin families planning a meal out this October half term could take advantage of a free three-course children's meal offer at Zizzi.

The restaurant chain is offering a free meal from its Bambino menu when an adult main course is purchased, with adult mains starting from £13.95.

The deal is available to members of Zizzi's Zillionaires loyalty club, which is free to join through the Zizzi Zillionaires app.

For families in England, the offer runs from Sunday 18 October until Sunday 1 November, and is available Sunday to Friday. Saturdays are excluded.

Children can start with carrot and cucumber sticks, served with either dough crusts or pasta crisps.

Main courses include a Margherita pizza with up to two toppings, or pasta with a choice of Pomodoro, Bolognese, cheese sauce or lentil ragu.

Dessert options include vanilla or chocolate gelato, a Chilly Billy ice lolly or a children's fruit pot.

Non-gluten, vegan and vegetarian options are also available.

Families are advised to check whether the offer is available at their chosen restaurant on the day they plan to visit.
