Introducing: Hitchin's Ronan's Coffee

Whenever there is talk of a new shop opening in Hitchin residents joke that's what is needed is ANOTHER coffee shop.
The town is surely blessed when it comes to the famous drink with ChatGPT estimating that there are some 30 outlets serving it up.
However, the geographical spread of coffee shops is not even and whilst the town centre is full of them - much of Walsworth Road towards the train station is a bit of a coffee desert.
No more.
The owners of the Albert have opened Ronan's Coffee - a rustic coffee shop run by Tanya (mum and expert baker) alongside a brilliant crew of young locals: Ben, Will, Ciara and Erin.
Open every day from 7am–5pm, we're serving Brixton's own Volcano Coffee, Tanya's home-baked cakes, pastries, and a growing range of hot and cold drinks (a smallish fridge's worth)
There's huge natural light, Wifi, warm brickwork, wooden floors, and a separate room with soft play mats for little ones to crawl around on while their grown-ups get stuck into coffee and conversation.
A buggy ramp is on the way and suddenly Hitchin coffee lovers have a new coffee destination which will hopefully flourish.
