The Rock team are immensely proud of the community they have built up at their countryside gym in Offley
Lisa Austin and her crew of Personal Trainers have been CONTINUALLY CHANGING LIVES for more than six years now and it's definitely the place to be if you're after an encouraging and supportive environment to train in
After every session a member of the Rock community is awarded the Rock STAR OF THE SESSION trophy. Amongst the winners to date have been the loudest leggings, most improved technique, team players and best dancer! It really is a fun place to train!
The NEW Rock SMALL GROUP PT PLATFORM started before Easter and so far everyone is loving it!
Sessions are available EVERY day of the week and also include the FREE RUN STRONG RUN CLUB who meet every Sunday at 930am at Offley Recreational Ground
Rock has something for everyone, all shapes, sizes, ages and all abilities. You really will not feel out of place here
