Stevenage drew 1-1 away to Harrogate as Steve Evans men failed to capitalise after leaders Leyton Orient drew with Barrow, writes Owen Rodbard at Wetherby Road
Carl Piergianni's opener was cancelled out by Luke Armstrong's header to send Boro back home disappointed after a less than impressive display following their FA Cup heroics last week.
See how Hitchin Nub rated each players performance.
Stevenage:
Ashby-Hammond: 5- Poor kicking in the windy conditions, needs to be more commanding in his box
Wildin: 4.5- Not aggressive enough in the first half, some poor balls into the box and struggled defensively
Sweeney: 5.5- Caught flat footed on multiple occasions, came out second half brighter with some good touches and balls forward
Vancooten: 6- Some good line breaking passes and runs forward, mopped up well defensively with some good anticipation
Piergianni: 6- Very alert for his goal, won all his aerial duels, brilliant goal line clearance
Clark: 5- Beaten too easily at times, caught out on the ball
Reeves: 4.5- Some good recovery tackles and bursting runs forward, looked tired at times
Taylor: 4.5- Stark contrast from his Coutinho pocketing antics of Sunday, couldn't get the ball on the floor and most of his passes went wayward
Roberts: 5- Struggled to make an impact and with the pace of the game, picked up a silly yellow card
Norris: 4- Disappointing performance, poor hold up play and made little impact
Rose: 5.5- Biggest creative spark in the first 45, struggled with the wind in the second half with no one around him to knock the ball on to
