Lidder Therapies has a new location.

Lidder Therapies, a physiotherapy practice in the Hitchin area has relocated to brand new premises.

The practice, which specialises in female pelvic health, (especially postnatal care) and acupuncture, is now seeing clients at the Old Hall Farmyard in Little Wymondley, Hitchin.

As a result, they are now able to provide a far higher number of appointments each week, helping more of the local community to lead healthy, active and fulfilling lives.

Bally Lidder, the founder of Lidder Therapies is a Chartered Physiotherapist, working both within the NHS and a 20-year tenure at Pinehill Hospital, leaving in 2021.  She launched Lidder Therapies in 2013, to fill a gap in women's health physiotherapy and to make post-natal care and pelvic health far more readily accessible within this geographical area.

Speaking of the relocation, Bally said: "My aspiration has always been to establish a warm and welcoming secure haven for women at every stage of their lives, where they can readily access the support and empowerment they require to live well, move well and feel well.

"I am deeply committed to enhancing education, awareness and accessibility of pelvic health safe treatments for all women.

"We are so proud to be relocating to a new, larger bespoke clinic. This expansion will enable us to offer a more comprehensive range of services, including physiotherapy, acupuncture and specialised pelvic health treatments. In addition we will be introducing our new studio for a variety of classes, such as ante-natal and post-natal Pilates, beginner level classes, and pelvic release classes."

To celebrate the move, Lidder Therapies is inviting the local community to a special launch event this week.

On Thursday, (September 14), between 6pm-9pm to meet the team and view the new premises.

There will also be special offers available on classes to those that attend and on class bookings made throughout September. Please RSVP by 12thSeptember to [email protected]

New Pilates classes will start week commencing September 25 and bookings are now available.
