A man has been charged to appear at Stevenage magistrates court after 'behaving aggressively' after climbing into a freezer in a north Herts Tesco store.

Daniel Hand, aged 29, will attend the court in Stevenage on Monday, March 1.

Mr Hand has been charged with assault, criminal damage and public order following the incident in Royston.

Police attended Tesco in Old North Road, on Sunday 31 January, after it was alleged that a

man had climbed onto a freezer and was behaving aggressively.
