Momentum is building in the fight to regain a north Herts pub for the community.

Support for the White Horse in Kimpton, near Hitchin, has seen an ever-growing number of local residents joining there battle to save the pub.

As Hitchin Nub News has previously reported a large number of people have already objected to the current plans submitted by the owner to get change of use to residential for the majority of the building - so why not add YOURS to the ever-growing list.

There are now nearly 90 letters of objection on the NHDC planning portal.

Organisers told Hitchin Nub News: "As well as having the support of MP Bim Afolami and Kimpton Parish Council, we have the strong support of Ian Albert, councillor and executive member of NHDC who visited recently. as well as that of Terry Tyler from North Herts District Council."

It is not too late to write in to object to the plans (ref 21/01018/FP). Comments can still be emailed to [email protected].
