A colourful new independent shopping venture is coming to Hitchin Market this September.

MEDINA launches on 1st September, bringing together an ever-changing collection of gorgeous and unusual fashion, homeware, pre-loved treasures and one-of-a-kind finds.

Created by local business owner Melanie Burnell, MEDINA is all about discovering those fabulous pieces you don't find everywhere else, from statement fashion and accessories to beautiful and quirky finds for the home.

The idea behind MEDINA is simple: gorgeous finds as unique as you are.

Some pieces are new, some are pre-loved, some are vintage, but everything is individually chosen for its style, character or that little something special.

To celebrate the launch, visitors on 1st September can expect launch-day treats, surprises and a few little extras for MEDINA's first customers.

Melanie said: "I've always loved finding beautiful, unusual things and I wanted MEDINA to feel like a treasure trove where you never quite know what you're going to discover. I'm so excited to finally bring it to Hitchin and can't wait to welcome everyone on our first day."
