Hitchin has a huge range of options for everyone as we close the book on 2024.

Here are a few of the highlights.

Lovers of James Bond themed nights may choose to head to the Hermitage where they promise that "whether you like it shaken or stirred, we are bringing a glamorous evening of dinner, drinks and dancing to see in 2025".

In addition to a set menu, SK and the Kings will be performing at the Kite at the Red Hart from 9pm until 12am with their four-piece band. The live music is ticketed at £15pp. If you are booked in the restaurant you get a free ticket to the live music automatically for you to enjoy the set after your meal.

The Sun Hotel is also offering a New Years Eve menu to enjoy. The Glasshouse is promising to "elevate your night with extraordinary cocktails and unforgettable vibes".

Over at the Orange Tree there is "our most popular tribute: UB40, Reggae and Ska tribute, plus some extra songs from Neil Diamond to Sinatra".

At the Speakeasy they have "a live singer belting out the best in soul and floor fillers until the good old fashioned countdown at midnight where we will then have a balloon drop followed by our resident DJ bringing the best songs to help us dance our way into 2025".

From 7.30-9.30pm you could enjoy the NYE Eve Bottomless Supper Club at Cinnabar Hitchin with Unlimited Pizza, Bottomless Drinks & DJ playing the biggest club hits and Xmas classics.

Hitchin Town Football Club is hosting a night celebrating the 60s,70s and 80s from 8pm with a free buffet thrown in as part of your £10 entry.

DJ Dwain and Libby will be over at Ickleford Sports Club from 6pm for a children friendly alternative.
