North Herts Pride has announced that the last few remaining spots are now available for local businesses and organisations wishing to take part in this year's event, which will be held in Hitchin Market Place on Thursday 22 August.

The volunteer‑run celebration has become a familiar part of the summer calendar across Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock and the surrounding villages. Organisers say this year's Pride will once again bring colour, music and a welcoming community atmosphere to the town centre, with stalls offering crafts, wellbeing activities, information, and family‑friendly engagement.

Katie Wilson, co‑founder of North Herts Pride, said:

"Local support means everything to us. We're down to the last few remaining spots for stallholders, programme adverts and sponsorship, and we'd love to hear from any North Herts businesses who want to be involved. Even small contributions help us keep Pride accessible and welcoming for everyone."

Businesses do not need to be LGBTQ‑focused to take part — simply supportive of creating a kinder, more inclusive North Hertfordshire. Organisers emphasise that involvement is pressure‑free and suitable for all sizes of business.
