Police were called to McDonald's in Hitchin on Monday afternoon.

As you can see by our Nub News picture, police officers in two squad cars visited the site, situated just off Nightingale Road at around 345pm on Monday (November 6).

Hitchin Nub News contacted Hertfordshire Constabulary for further information about the incident at the popular fast food restaurant near to Hitchin Railway Station.

Herts Police told us in a statement that officers "attended after concerns were raised about a woman's welfare on Nightingale Rd, Hitchin."

Nub News are attempting to find out further information on the health of the person affected. More news when we have it.
