Hertfordshire Constabulary have issued a warning over a three scammers who have been insisting they are from a popular site on Bucklersbury.
Herts Police said: "We have been made aware of three males who knocked on a door trying to sell fascias and guttering.
"When these males were asked for ID they said they were from Brookers in Hitchin.
"We would like to make it clear that these males are definitely not associated with Brookers in anyway."
Officers add that if you should come across them please contact Herts Police.
