Man arrested as second death announced following M25 Herts crash

A man in his 20s has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following a crash in Hertfordshire on the M25, while, unfortunately, a second death relating to the incident has now been confirmed..

The crash took place at around 4am on Sunday, (February 4), when Hertfordshire Constabulary were in pursuit of a van which crashed with three other vehicles.

As Nub News has been reporting, Herts Police initially confirmed a woman had died, - prior to the incident referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC).
