By June 2025, the project moved into construction. MSAD's Mark played a key role in guiding the project through certification and the tender process, helping the family line up the right contractors and ensure everything was ready to go on site.

In a slightly different approach to many builds, the family took on project management themselves, staying closely involved throughout.
