Hitchin Nub News Job of the Week: Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation seeks Nature and Wellbeing Manager
Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation has a clear vision - that living in the garden city offers everyone the opportunity to flourish as part of a vibrant community enjoying the best that both town and country offers, benefitting from easy access to nature and with unrivalled facilities, culture, and support networks.
In order to achieve two of its key strategic aims, making Letchworth a great place for children and young people to grow up and improving wellbeing by increasing access to nature and the outdoors; the Heritage Foundation is now recruiting for an exciting new post.
The Nature and Wellbeing manager will use their expertise to develop an evidence-based policy, strategy and delivery plan, working with local partners to deliver impactful programmes, enriching the lives of residents. Once embedded, the new manager will take overall responsibility for the programme, including the management of social investments, overseeing volunteering opportunities and acting as the Foundation's voice on nature and wellbeing.
