Families can meet everyone's favourite web-slinging superhero when Spider-Man swings into the Broadway Cinema & Theatre in Letchworth this weekend.

The free Spider-Man: Brand New Day LIVE meet and greet takes place on Saturday 1 August from 2pm to 3pm, giving fans the chance to meet Spider-Man, pose for superhero photos and build excitement before the latest blockbuster hits the big screen.

Visitors are encouraged to come dressed as their favourite superhero, although fancy dress is entirely optional, and no advance booking is needed for the meet and greet.

The event is being held ahead of screenings of Spider-Man: Brand New Day, with the Broadway promising an action-packed afternoon for young Marvel fans and families.

Anyone wishing to take part simply needs to turn up during the hour-long appearance.

The Broadway Cinema & Theatre is located on Eastcheap in Letchworth Garden City, just a short drive from Hitchin, and regularly hosts family-friendly events alongside its film programme.
