Standalone Farm is Naturally Fun this May Half-Term

What better way to spend half-term break than surrounded by nature.
From Monday 26th to Friday 30th May, the good folk of Standalone Farm are turning up the fun with fresh air, muddy boots, and non-stop adventure!
Here's what they have planned:
British Nature Educational Animal Encounters 29th - 31st May
From Thursday to Saturday during half-term our resident animal-wrangler, Mark Amey from Amey Zoo, is back! This time he's doing things a little differently. He will be letting little ones get up close to and learn all about the type of creatures you can find in your garden and along Letchworth's Greenway. So find out about ferrets, meet an owl and hear all about hedgehogs before going away with the knowledge you need to go on your own safari in your back garden.
Tickets to our event also include day entry to Standalone Farm so make a day of it and visit our farmyard animals too.
Add a splash of colour to your week!
All week long during the half-term Fresh & Funky Faces will be facepainting our little visitors and turning them into roaring tigers, fluttering butterflies, and anything their imagination dreams up. Each face is £7 and cash or card accepted.
