Lyndhurst Financial Management welcomed guests to its 2025 Personal Finance Conference this month, bringing together leading industry experts to discuss how global trends, new legislation and evolving investment strategies are shaping the future of personal finance.

The event, themed 'The Shape of Tomorrow: Planning Ahead with Clarity and Care', offered attendees practical insights to help them make informed financial decisions for the years ahead.

Speakers explored a wide range of issues affecting households and investors, including:

  • Global investment outlook – key market trends and macroeconomic shifts
  • Estate and trust planning – protecting wealth in a changing environment
  • Alternative investments – their role in today's diversified portfolios
  • Tax and pensions – preparing for changes coming in April 2027
  • Emerging markets – navigating new opportunities and risks
  • Geopolitics – managing uncertainty across an increasingly complex global landscape

The conference also saw Lyndhurst introduce 'Advice Worth Sharing', a new initiative designed to encourage people to talk more openly about financial planning and support others to gain confidence in their future.
