One of the organisations benefiting from the Lottery is St Mary's Preservation Trust, which helps care for the historic St Mary's Church in Hitchin.

Local organisations can sign up to the North Herts Community Lottery to receive extra funding and increased visibility – and it's quick, easy and completely free for good causes to join.

For those buying gifts, vouchers start from just £1 and can be purchased online. Recipients then choose which local cause they want to support and are automatically entered into weekly prize draws.
