Three lockdowns over the past 11 months have been tough, but the photographs taken by a Hitchin creative with a keen eye for a stunning shot have been a tonic to many.

Nub News reader and Hitchinite Danny Pearson has been busy taking iconic snaps of our town and surrounding areas during the Covid crisis.

Danny has been making the most of his daily walks to capture stunning sights in and around our town.

Accompanied by his trusty companion, the beautiful Jess the pug, Danny has been sharing his wonderful shots on his Instagram account, to keep spirits up during the pandemic.

Speaking to Nub News, good-natured Danny said: "I'm glad people are enjoying the snaps, it's just a bit of fun during challenging times for everyone."
