Upcoming singer-songwriter and former Hitchin Town footballer Max Ryan shares new single 'Bulletproof'

Letchworth Garden City singer/songwriter Max Ryan has released his latest track 'Bulletproof'.

Bulletproof is about the aftermath of a break-up and how reflecting on mistakes can help heal the relationship between two heartbroken lovers.

The 24 year old, who performed at the town's 2022 Christmas lights switch on, said: "Bulletproof is a very important track to me. It came at a time where I was figuring out a few things about myself, and some of the experiences I had just had and the best way on how to deal with them.

"Overall though it is a heartfelt break-up track, where I own up to a few things and hope to correct a few of the mistakes I made in the relationship I was in.

"I hope people enjoy it and relate to it, and hopefully it can help a few people who are going through a bit of a change in their life."

Bulletproof' revolves around the idea of unrequited love to someone who no longer expresses the same feelings back, with lyrics such as "I'm missing the way you move" and "girl when I'm with you I'm bulletproof" really conveys this to the listener and also expresses one last attempt to win ones affection, like a prince trying to win over a princess as if it was a scene from a romantic novel.

Armed with his voice and acoustic guitar, this emotive, reflective track will get you deep in your feelings, feeling emotional and is a perfect soundtrack for a late night drive, or a lazy Sunday afternoon.
