Would you like to enter Hitchin Food Festival's first ever bake-off competition?

We are looking for Hitchin's finest amateur bakers. We have two categories you can enter,

Saturday 6th September – The Kids category (8 and under & 9 to 16) - 'Terrific Tray Bakes'

Sunday 7th September – The Adults category (16 and over) - 'Victorious Victoria Sponges!'
