-Hitchin Girls School -  Change of Use of existing caretaker's cottage from residential (Use Class C3) to educational (Use Class F1).

-33 Keats Way - Two storey side extension to include front porch following demolition of existing porch. Alterations to existing fenestration.

-203 Whitehill Road -  First floor front extension and replacement raised roof.
