The first round draw of the FA Cup has been made.

Steve Evans' League Two table toppers have been drawn to play Altrincham or Gateshead in the first round of the world's oldest domestic knock-out competition.

The non-league pair will face each other on Tuesday evening at the Gateshead International Stadium for the right to face Boro following their 2-2 draw on Saturday at Moss Lane on Saturday.

The tie against Evans side will take place between Friday, November 4 and Monday, November 7 with the date to be confirmed once the first round's televised fixtures have been confirmed by broadcasters.

Evans side take on Spurs U21 in the Papa John's Trophy on Tuesday prior to hosting third place Northampton Town at Broadhall Way on Saturday.
