Luton earned their first-ever Premier League point after a 1-1 draw against 10-man Wolves at Kenilworth Road on Saturday.

Hatters' striker Carlton Morris sealed a draw when he sent Jose Sa the wrong way from the penalty spot on 65 minutes after Joao Gomes had handled.

However, Rob Edwards batting Luton should really have beaten their visitors during an incident-packed clash - after they played the majority of the match with a one man advantage after Jean-Ricner Bellegarde was correctly sent off for kicking Tom Lockyer.

The draw was a chance wasted for the Hatters who were by far the better side, having had the majority of possession - amassing a whopping 18 shots, compared to a meagre three from their struggling opponents.

Morris hit the woodwork early, while Jacob Brown had three headed chances and Cauley Woodrow had a goal-bound effort deflected agonisingly over the bar deep into stoppage time.

Yet, conversely, Luton were grateful for Morris' second goal of the campaign, after they had fallen behind to an excellent individual strike by Pedro Neto on 50 minutes.

Luton remain at the foot of the table, although they will swap places with Burnley if Vincent Company's side lose against Manchester United this Saturday evening.
