League Two: Salford 1-0 Stevenage

It was the late show again - but this time it was Stevenage who suffered, falling to their first defeat of the season after Salford grabbed a 90th minute winner.

A Ryan Watson screamer separted the two sides after an even affair which could have gone either way. Boro had periods of domination but failed to make it pay to leave the north west empty handed after losing their unbeaten record.

Boro writer and fan Owen Rodbard was at the game. See how Nub News rated each players performance.

Stevenage

Ashby-Hammond: 5.5- Inconsistent with his kicks, good handling and assured with his claiming of crosses

Smith: 5- Struggled to make a foothold in the game, some good crosses but lacked the dynamism, replaced at half time for Luther

Sweeney: 5.5- Another composed performance, smooth on the ball and some great balls down the line

Vancooten: 5.5- Brilliant distribution, some powerful runs forward but looked a little leggy at times

Piergianni: 5- Strong in the challenge, won his aerial battles, was lucky to not be caught out after some rash decisions

Clark: 4.5- Put in some rash unneeded challenges which went unpunished, not an impressive game

Reeves: 5 - Controlled the centre of the pitch in the first half, struggled with the pace of the game in the second

Read: 5- Another one that failed to impress, struggled with the tempo of the game, subbed at half time for Taylor
