AMANI KITCHEN
Cooking has been my passion for as long as I can remember: As a child my happy place was the big table in my grandparents' house in Iraq, full of delicious, hearty and aromatic food made by my grandmother, who always applied her own mouth-watering twists to classic Arabic/Middle Eastern meals and delicacies.
We operate out of the beautiful market town of Hitchin, where Amani's Kitchen brings the flavour and passion of Arabic/Middle Eastern food to Hertfordshire,
