HITCHIN: An all day cocktail bar in the town centre is hiring!

As the opening date of Ibos, a much-anticipated cocktail bar and grill, moves ever nearer, staff are required.

Hitchin Nub News understands that the cocktail bar on the site of the former Cafe Rouge is set to open 'at the end of May' - and the venture is looking for hard-working staff to join their exciting plans.

If you are interested in learning more you are advised to email your CV to them (details below).

With a second May Bank Holiday weekend at the end of this month, Friday, May 28 or Saturday, May 29 could be earmarked for the grand opening.

The new venture, as Nub News has reported will also be offering a range of burgers and pizzas.

The new place is on the site of the former Café Rouge after it permanently closed last summer following the owners of the high street chain falling into administration.

To learn more and apply for a role email [email protected] or simply drop your CV off at the site on the high street.
