Brilliant burger purists Cawsburger are gearing up to move into a Hitchin town centre site.

The quality burger purveyors have been operating out of Groundworks in the shadows of St Mary's Church and Market Place.

However, in a move that many in the town have been widely expecting, Hitchin Nub News understands that Cawsburger have been busy priming a permanent place to offer their mouthwatering fayre, which includes their iconic Peanut Butter Jelly Time burger

As the eagle-eyed may have noticed from our photograph, Cawsburger are set to operate from the old Hillman's Burger restaurant. A perfect setting only a matter of doors down from Groundworks, in a move widely tipped by many in our town.

Cawsburger, who also offer a double Peanut and Jelly burger if your appetite is large enough, said: "Restaurant location announcement coming very soon..."
