Rock Founder, Lisa, alone has qualified experience in knee rehab, sports massage, spin, boxing coaching (level 3), she is also a Ketttlebell Pro and has a special interest in menopause strength training. A pretty impressive array of skills!

Studio Manager, Gayle can assist you with all things running. On top of being an England Athletics Running Coach with a wealth of personal running experience, she is also a Kettlebell Pro and qualified for gait analysis and spin - a great alternative if you are unable to run

Rock have a number of boxing coaches with a mountain of passion and Jujitsu coach Steve recently added a mental health qualification to his belt. The Rock team are there for you both physically and mentally

Rock's newest addition, Rickey, is one step away from becoming a qualified Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach with a special interest in sports performance. PLUS Run Strong's Rachel currently has her head in her books, soon to be added to the list of Rock Personal Trainers
