From Monday, November 28 through until Saturday, December 24, why not book yourself in to enjoy a Christmas celebratory meal at Hermitage rd.

Hermitage Rd told Hitchin Nub News: "We're offering a Big Feast and a Big Band at Hermitage Rd this festive season.

"Our NYE party is back with a bang this year. Start off the evening with cocktails and canapés in our beautifully re-designed bar, then feast on a five course tasting menu [see below] before dancing the night away to the live big band, Judechella.

"Tickets for the full NYE experience are £120 including cocktails, canapés & taster menu. Bar tickets are also available at £35 which include a drink at midnight to ring in 2023."

"Our company mission is to make people happy and we hope to make many happy over Christmas party season," explained Anglia Country Inns managing director, Howard Nye.

"We are really excited to have a special New Year' Eve party with a taster menu and big band, it will be the culmination of a big year at Hermitage Rd with the opening of the new oyster bar, coffee shop and renovated restaurant," he said.

"It has been fantastic to see such a great reception from our guests to our newly revamped interiors, menu and team," said Howard, adding: "The bar is feeling a lot cosier now with the low lighting and more intimate tables, the new cocktail list showcases some exciting new spirits and the extended wine list allows you to try some truly top wines by the glass as well as by the bottle.

"The restaurant space is also feeling much more elegant and Noel our new Head Chef has developed a stunning new menu, so it is great to have developed a space that really does the food justice - while Riju our new General Manager is really driving the service, his experience from Roka to the Ritz means he really knows how to take care of people."
