Hitchin: Save the date - popular beer and cider festival returns

HITCHIN: Save the date, as a popular fixture in our town's social calendar returns.
Similar to a raft of events during the Covid pandemic, the Hitchin Beer and Cider Festival was postponed in 2020.
The festival made a return of sorts last autumn but numbers were limited due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
However, the event is set to make a fully return in all its glory this summer.
The festival will take place at Hitchin Rugby Club on Old Hale Way this June, organisers have announced.
Hitchin Nub News has reached out to Camra North Herts for full information on the eagerly-awaited gathering which will take place soon after the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations, but in the meantime we can reveal the dates of the event to be Friday, June 9, Saturday, June 10 and Sunday, June 11.
