Hitchin: Will you be watching Trooping the Colour on the big screen in Market Place over the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.

Next month, Her Majesty The Queen will become the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee after 70 years of service.

Many events and activities will be happening throughout our town and surrounding areas and across the UK and beyond to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee.

As part of the Queens' Platinum Jubilee celebrations in Hitchin, there will be a big screen on the Market Place on Thursday, June 2.

The big screen will be showing Trooping the Colour in the morning and the 2006 film 'The Queen' in the afternoon.
