UP CLOSE: Nub News aims to support our community, promoting shops, businesses, charities, clubs and sports groups.
We showcase some of these businesses, organisations and interesting individuals regularly in a feature called 'Up Close'.
For this week's special feature we shine the spotlight on the brilliant Bottle Bazaar, a local supplier of bespoke wines.
The team have recently launched a monthly wine subscription box service - so, read on for our latest Up Close Nub News feature.

Meet the Bottle Bazaar Wine Club – fuss-free wine appreciation on your terms from a local supplier of bespoke wines.
Laid-back, accessible and not in the least bit intimidating, the Bottle Bazaar Wine Club is perfect for those who are curious to learn more about the wines they love – and discover new ones – in a friendly, unfussy way.
They are passionate about wine and passionate about design. They've recently launched a monthly wine subscription box.
India Marshall-Roads is behind Bottle Bazaar after the business was started back in 2013. The company kept people supplied with deliveries throughout lockdown, while launching its Wine Club website in the summer of 2021.
India originally grew up in Baldock and worked for 16 years in the wine trade. She lived in Hitchin before moving into London to supply Boutique Hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, gastropubs and bars. After starting Bottle Bazaar nine years ago, she moved back to the area in 2017.
India told Nub News: "This is a wine club that all happens online, with four wines delivered to your doorstep each month.
"Unlike many other wine clubs, I'm also an on-call wine expert for our members - just a quick message away, which is also an excellent extra perk of membership!"
India pre-records videos to introduce each wine, so there's no need to turn up on a certain day, fret that you might be picked on for an opinion or worry that you'll be judged in any way. This is wine appreciation on your terms.
In a world where we've learnt the joy of joining in from home, a gift membership to the Bottle Bazaar Wine Club is a really refreshing choice. It's perfect for couples to enjoy together, and fun if you're going solo, too.
Host India has fifteen-plus years' experience in the wine industry and her passion and sheer enthusiasm shine through loud and clear.
"If you want to learn the difference between your Sauvignon Blanc and your Pinot Grigio," she says, "not to mention your Gruner Veltliner and your Gewurtztraminer - or are curious about pairing wines with your favourite foods, we'd love to welcome you.
"So, you can watch my videos in your PJs or get all dressed up and use it as a weekly at-home date night, it's your choice."
India explains that you can sign up for as long, or as little, as you like, and the following month you'll receive four bottles of carefully selected wine, along with tasting sheets so you can test your tasting skills, rate and review each bottle.
Everything else happens in a private Facebook members group. India explains punters will get weekly wine videos as well as printable information sheets, food pairings and analysis. You'll also have access to the Bottle Bazaar Wine Club community where you're free to engage and join in as much or as little as you like, with no pressure at all.
India shared what the club offers offers. In the box you'll get four full size bottles of wine, a wine intro sheet and tasting sheets.
While in the private members Facebook group, you will receive weekly wine videos, wine and food pairing ideas, real wine and food pairing analysis, printable wine info sheets, not to mention an opportunity to ask an expert, as well as a wine Community to share pairing ideas and more with.
India added: "With years of experience in the wine industry I decided to use our knowledge and passion for something a bit different."

India is also a member of a weekly business networking group meeting at Needham House, in Hitchin.
